Transforming mental health care
Mental health care is less about changing who you are and more about creating space for all of you — to feel, to grow, and to be seen.
Our services
Therapy
True healing goes beyond symptom relief—it’s about reclaiming your voice, making sense of your experiences, and building a life that feels like yours.
I offer psychotherapy that is collaborative, trauma-informed, and rooted in presence. Our work is guided by curiosity, self-compassion, and evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs. Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating chronic stress, or looking for tools to move through life with more ease, you don’t have to do it alone.
My approach draws from:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Psychodynamic and Humanistic traditions
Somatic Therapy
Trauma-Informed frameworks grounded in neuroscience, attachment, and relational safety
Mindfulness and Nervous System Awareness
Depending on what’s coming up for you, we might explore thought patterns, work with the body’s wisdom, build emotional regulation tools, or simply create space to breathe and be.
Medication Management
Medication can be a powerful support—but it’s never the whole story. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. If we explore medication together, it will be through open, honest conversation centered on your comfort, goals, and lived experience. I’ll offer guidance rooted in evidence and transparency, so you can make informed choices every step of the way.
Whether we’re starting something new, making adjustments, or simplifying your regimen, I’ll walk with you every step—checking in on how things are working, how you’re feeling, and how medication fits into the broader picture of your life. My role isn’t to push or prescribe and disappear—it’s to support you, answer your questions, and help you feel empowered in your care.
I also work with people who are curious about reducing or coming off medications, and I believe those conversations deserve the same respect, care, and intentionality. If deprescribing is something you’d like to explore, we’ll do so safely, slowly, and collaboratively—always honoring your nervous system, your needs, and your autonomy
May we humanize ourselves and each other, recognizing our tragedies, our triumphs, and all of the half notes in between.
We’re all in process.
